Order turnaround:
Generally your order will arrive in about a week. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order does ship which is within 24-48 hours of when you place your order.

Payment methods accepted
We accept payment by PayPal, Check or Money order, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. To pay by credit card:
Choose the method "PayPal" from the checkout page and when PayPal page loads, click on "If you do not have a PayPal account, click here". You will be presented with another page in which to enter your card details.
To pay by check or money order:
Choose this method at time of check out and print out your order, then contact us at (651) 329-0811.
We'll confirm the details of your order by phone, and provide you with the order total including shipping costs.

Your Privacy
Dear Guest:
We take your privacy seriously. We want you to know how BabyTJ handles the information you send us via the Internet. We will never share or sell your information to outside vendors without your express permission. We retain your transaction/order information and contact information to provide you the best possible service.
Visitors who give us their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders they have placed on-line. When you send us your email address with an order, we will use it to contact you in case of questions about your order, to respond to any emails you may send us, and to provide you with status of your order.
Promotions and announcements
Sometimes we will e-mail you coupons or discount info. If at any time you decide not to receive mailings, we will remove you from our offers list. We will never share your email address with outside vendors, unless you specifically permit us to do so.
Security Practices:
We use industry-standard PayPal's secure encryption for receiving and processing your financial and personal data.
Our web server recognizes only a guest's domain name and browser and platform type (e.g., Netscape browser on a Microsoft platform), and the shopping cart will time-out after a period of inactivity. Our site cannot record your mail address automatically, until you enter it into an ordering page. If you check off the "Remember me" box at time of checkout, your name and mailing address will come up again the next time you shop with us, but only if you are using the same computer, and usually from home. If you are at a public computer (library, internet cafe, other), it is strongly recommonded that you do not check this option, even though public computer networks usually have strong security settings which delete all cookies and internet files after a short time.
Children's on-line privacy
Children may not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian. The Children's On-Line Privacy Protection Act, which took effect April 21, 2000, pertains to Web sites directed toward children under 13 years of age.
